I have long been a fan of Neil Brand with many shows on the BBC over the past few years dedicated to the construction of music and stories of soundtracks.
Right now comes a real gem. The Sound of TV charts the birth and development of jingles, tv theme music and catchy tunes and shows in great detail how some of our most loved advertising music was created.
The series comes fully up to date and gives great insights into the iconic BBC News music and more. It really is a fascinating watch.
